Terms of Service

In purchasing a service, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions.

Payment:


Payment will be given in full before any actions are performed. When payment is performed, it is important to provide contact information, such as a phone number and phone number, in case there are any problems with the payment. If the performance of Social Conjurers is not to the client’s liking, the client is free to cancel at any time using the email provided at the bottom of the website. No refunds are given once work has been done to the client’s social media, unless the client is given special permission from a Social Conjurers' owner or admin. Another option would be to allow for Social Conjurers to continue the package until the 1 month period expires, which would require no email sent to the Social Conjurers’ email. Each package lasts for every full week in a 1 month period. If the client pays for 2 months or more at the time of the purchase any time during their 1 month period, the packages will expand to the next month.


Contact:


To contact Social Conjurers, use the email provided at the bottom of the website. Expect a response within 3-4 business days if sending a question, concern, or request. Sending spam or content not relating to Social Conjurers will result in the emailer getting blocked. If the client wants to contact Social Conjurers, the client must state the topic wanted to be discussed, who the email is directed at (most emails will use Social Conjurers), the question, concern, or information, and the identity of the client. If Social Conjurers sends an email to the client regarding the client’s social media or an issue/information, it is on the client to reply back within 3 business days. If the email is regarding a post, no reply from the client before the post is scheduled to be uploaded will result in the post being uploaded without consent from the client. If the client does not respond to the email within 3 business days, the email will be disregarded. Special requests can be sent to Social Conjurers regarding a future post if the client sends the request, through email, at least 1 week in advance. If the client sends multiple requests each week, the client may receive a Social Conjurers’ employee’s direct email to send the requests to.


Copyright:


All Social Conjurers’ created posts will include recognition in the caption, description, or comment of the post. If the name “Social Conjurers” is receiving credit for a post not created by a Social Conjurers’ employee, the company, agency, or person responsible for creating the post will be held responsible for copyright.

Content:


Social Conjurers will be responsible for posting the presented amount of posts in the package purchased. If the amount of posts uploaded is not the right amount within a package, the Social Conjurers’ employee that was tasked with the client’s job will be required to pay, in full, the money spent by the client for the package. Social Conjurers will use a gallery supplied by the employer for photos and/or videos within a post. Special requests should be sent via email at least 1 week before the post regarding the special request is uploaded. 


Management of a client’s account will be performed by Social Conjurers unless the client requests to manage it themselves. Upon managing a client’s account, it is not mandatory that Social Conjurers respond to every message, comment, or mention of the client’s social media. Social Conjurers will, however, be in charge of responding to a portion of the messages, comments, and mentions of the client’s social media. If a message, comment, or mention that Social Conjurers manages includes a customer of the client wishing to know of information regarding the client, an email will be sent to the client regarding the client’s customer’s needs. Upon receiving the email back from the client regarding the client’s customer’s message, comment, or mention (client must respond within 3 business days), the reply of the client will be sent in response to the client’s customer.
